Request To Our Patients

Please be Prompt!

In order that our patients are not inconvenienced and required to wait a long time in our waiting room, we ask that you are prompt for your appointment. Our goal is  to try to run on time.

If you run late for your appointment, then it backs up the rest of our schedule and inconveniences our other patients. If you are fifteen minutes (15) late, we will ask you to reschedule your appointment. This policy best serves all of our patients, including you.

So please help us serve our patients best and arrive for your appointment promptly.
