Office Policies
We have a friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff on hand to make your visit as comfortable as possible. They will be available to answer your questions regarding dental health and insurance information.
For your first visit we ask that you please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment time. We’ve included our New Patient Forms that you’ll need to fill out. You can either download them now and complete them on your computer or fill them when you arrive at our office. Please make arrangements to bring x-rays from another dental office with you, or to have them sent directly to us. Depending on the age of these x-rays you may be required to have new ones taken. X-rays are vital to ensure correct diagnosis of decay and other dental issues.
Your first appointment will take approximately one hour. Due to the length of time and nature of this first visit, and in order to ensure efficient operation of the office, it may be preferable to leave small children, under the age of 10, at home in some else’s care. When bringing your children to our practice we ask that you always accompany any child under the age of 18. We thank you in advance for your cooperation in our efforts.
Insurance Payments and Finance Options
We accept most insurance and payment methods. Our front desk staff will be happy to go over the many options available to you. We are happy to file your insurance claims for you electronically. Please feel free to call the office with any questions you may have. In addition to accepting most insurances, we also participate in the Chase Health Advance program, which is a way to finance your dental needs through convenient payment plans. Our office is handicapped accessible, Latex-free and we have an AED (Life Pac Defibrillator).
